First Day of Workout

First day training in preparation of the La Jolla Half-Marathon which will be on April 26th.
I jogged 20 minutes on the treadmill and covered 2.10 miles. Warmed up with a 4.0-4.5mph pace walk for ~0.15 miles and then sped it up to ~6.5mph the rest of the way.
I was then on the bicycle trainer for about 12 minutes. 89 average cadence. I want to say the average speed was 18mph.
3 sets of dips - 10, 10, 8
Finally I jumped back on the treadmill and jogged for another 15 minutes, covering about 1.5 miles this time.
Ended the workout with a few more arm excercises, sit-ups, and scretching.
Felt pretty good coming back into it :) More to come Wednesday & Friday!
