Kerry-Lieberman energy & climate bill

So I am writing a short response for my class on the new and comprehensive energy and climate bill crunched out by Senator John Kerry and Joe Lieberman, and here is a very good (IMO) article talking about it: http://www.grist.org/article/kerry-lieberman-climate-bill-the-details/

Very little complaints here overall. It’s not perfect (and nothing is), but our existing system is in a huge need of a major overhaul like this! It’s a giant step forward.
